Refund policy

At Black Book Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags attached and original garment packaging, including the SKU label.

To request a return, please use the Contact page on our website and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization and instructions from our team. Approved return items must be shipped within 7 calendar days of submitting the return request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including bodysuits, intimate apparel, swimwear, jewelry, beauty products, face masks, and items clearly marked final sale, except where required by law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly through our Contact page. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please request a return for your eligible item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests may be possible within 24 hours of purchase but cannot be guaranteed. Orders that have entered processing or shipped may no longer be canceled.
